I am an effective tutor with nine years experience working in primary schools. I am patient and friendly and have a good rapport with children, whose company I greatly enjoy.

My purpose is to increase a child’s enjoyment, achievement and participation in school by building their confidence and skills. This is achieved through lively, interactive tutorials, where the child is encouraged to enjoy and take pride in their learning.

Each session is rigorously planned around the needs and progression of the child, ensuring that they understand basic principles and methods before moving on to more advanced topics.

I use games to build confidence, memory and strategic thinking.

I have experience of working with children with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ASD, ADHD and speech/language difficulties.
